Clean and spacious main floor apartment just south of WashU. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, off street parking, washer/dryer. Great walking location. Full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, coffee/tea pot, microwave and everything you would need to cook or prepare a meal. The dinning room is great if you would like a formal dinner or use the space to play games and plan out the next day. And of course a full bath stocked with all of the basic amenities. I provide coffee, tea, and usually some snacks in the apartment. Washer and dryer available in the cellar. Guest will have access to everything on the main level, rear parking, and front porch. Laundry in basement. I'm available by text Located in the WashU, Forest Park, Clayton, Mapelwood, Dogtown areas of St. Louis. Downtown is 8-10 minutes. The Metro-Link is a commuter train that runs into downtown and to the airport. The nearest station is 2 miles away. This is an easy way to get downtown but I would recommend having a vehicle or plan on using uber for commuting.
