Modern rustic loft; eclectic in furnishing with pure unadulterated comfort in mind. 16' main Ceilings complemented with wood tones and modern flare! Welcome. This place is amazing; everyone loves it, and I'm sure you will too! All the furnishings are high quality ....... and we take good care of them; so you can have a great time! CLEANING: We have a SELF CLEANING POLICY; there are NO cleaning fees! UNLESS you want to have us clean; if so, its a $60 fee. (We will need to know this ahead of time so we can arrange it.) WE PAY A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY to deep clean - (1x) PER MONTH! HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Clean after yourself : (If you didn’t use it or mess it THEN DON’T clean it!) Assuming you use all the normal stuff The very basic you must do is: - Wipe counter - Put your dishes in dishwasher and start it - Wipe toilet with Clorox wipes - Wipe bath room sink & mirror - Rinse shower - Vacume or sweep anything YOU tracked in - Take out your trash & replace bag - We supply all cleaning materials (during COVID19 bring - lysol & cleanings wipes due to shortages) - The MOST IMPORTANT thing to ALL of us is.......a CLEAN BED! - Beds have bed covers; they STAY ON the bed or get immediately replaced. - We replace the mattress every two years. - You MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS!!!!!! The comforters/Quilts stay on the beds or are immediately replaced; we wash them weekly or as needed. - All this info applies to the provided air mattress as well. You can access every part of the place, except one closet in the bathroom that has extra supplies in it. The Patio (as pictured) is for you to use at your convenience, there's even a weber gas grill. No interaction unless called or texted. Anything you may need please let me know i will try to accommodate you in every way possible, i only live (5) minutes from this location. This is a small town; one square mile to be exact, population is about 5,000, we have our own police force so there's virtually NO crime to mention! You can walk to almost any place in minutes; there's a city play ground and park within 4 blocks from this place. You can access the City docks, the library, (3) other playgrounds or you can shoot (2) block one way for a FREE drink at "The Endzone Sports Pub" or three blocks the other way for great inexpensive breakfast or lunch at the "Ugly Rooster Cafe!" Its quite, quaint and most of the neighbors have been living here most of their lives, so they'll be a lot to chat about.... if you're willing! There's public transportation 9am-4pm for $1.50; anywhere in the city. 20 Minutes to: Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga performing arts center, Saratoga Spa State Park, Saratoga auto museum. 35 minutes to: The Adirondack Mountains, Lake George, The Great Escape & splash water Kingdom, Rensselaer train station. 10 minutes to: Global Foundries. 23 minutes to: Albany Airport Saratoga train station No keys to lose at this place; all you need is a code to gain entry!
