The small apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the beach house in the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. A modern apartment building was built next to the main building. Your holiday apartment is located here. The very quiet location, the modern ambience and the wonderful view of the adjacent pond next to the house underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. Relax in the in-house wellness area with two saunas, an experience shower and a relaxation room or use modern sports equipment in the fitness area, which is available free of charge for you and your accompanying guests. On the 10 m² balcony, which you can reach from the living room, you can relax and enjoy the sun in one of the two sun loungers, which shines on the balcony all day long due to the wonderful south-facing position. The entire living, dining and kitchen area is open and modern. The design flooring and the floor-to-ceiling windows appear bright and friendly. In the NOLTE built-in kitchen there are built-in kitchen appliances, such as a fridge-freezer combination, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and an induction cooker. The kitchen is equipped with cooking accessories so that nothing stands in the way of a cooking evening together. In the dining area there is a small dining table with two comfortable shell chairs, kept in timeless gray. The living and sleeping area is open and bright. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space and the cozy sofa bed with a flat screen TV (50 inches) invites you to spend TV evenings together. A stereo system is available for musical entertainment. The large box spring bed with two bedside tables and two bedside lamps provide a nice feel-good atmosphere. Free WiFi and a safe for your valuables are of course available. The brightly tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity with vanity unit and a towel radiator.
