Downstairs a very comfortable sofa bed will be perfect for 2 more persons.The cottage is just for you : only you will share ,(with kids s owners) and have access to the heated pool, a delightful 'summer kitchen' with BBQ/ sink/ tables.( dart and football table as well) In the garden there is a slide ,a swing,a trampoline and a sand pit. Private shaded terrace with long chairs , Wifi, modernly fully equipped kitchen. Guests will find many activities locally and regionally, while being able to relax in our beautiful Charente !! The property is very much safe , fenced , you can park your car right, it s a paradise for kids and grown up! Please note that there are 2 little dogs on the property ....Romeo and curly , they are very sweet . Please note the you can have access to the pool and the summer kitchen plus the trampoline and ping pong table from mid april to mid september.
