For 14+ day visits additional fee for electricity can be added. House is built from wooden logs. All basic amenities provided for guest comfort (cold/hot water, toilet, shower, electricity, central heating, WiFi, Android IPTV, kitchen essentials). Quite vicinity in nature despite neighboring houses are next door. Nearby is hunter's watch tower that can be used as an observatory in mornings/evenings. Guests have a possibility to escape urban life to enjoy country life in nature with a fresh air, strolls along the beach and in a same time be connected with main junction roads that lead to cities. Local shop and and two cafe's are within 10-15 minute walk (closed during cold season). There is also intercity bus stop to travel around, if no personal vehicle is available. Supermarkets are within 20 minute drive with a car. Accessible whole house on property except for one bedroom. Guests have access for two bedrooms and a living room. Maximum amount of sleeping persons - 3 (one double bed, one sofa bed). Host available upon request at working day late evenings. Welcome visit will be provided in person or digitally to guide and instruct of house usage. Quite vicinity with fields that are surrounded by woods. Village is located close to sea. Friendly neighbors. In parish there are two cafe's, where one is in the beach. This is a cottage house in nature. Personal vehicle is advised to reach this property. House is located by 10 minute walk from intercity bus station "Klapkalnciems". Guest can arrive with intercity bus or personal vehicle. Cold tap water borehole is around 20 meters deep. Hot water might have a little sulfuric smell that is not harmful. Nearby are ecological sulfur springs so water is rich with iron. Because of natrium sulfate mineral that exists in this area and reacts with sulfur and the magnesium and aluminum sacrificial anodes that come with water heater, it produces hydrogen sulfide gas, that makes small sulfuric odor. House is available whole year for living. Heating system provides heat in house. Guest has to provide firewood by himself. Nearby neighbor has sauna house for rent and there is also fish market of fresh fish to buy. !For a long term stays (more than 14 days) additional fee (electricity consumption) will be applied for guest that will be told upon last days of checkout.
