Welcome to the Lakeaholic at Lake Oconee! – a great place to have fun and relax! You’ll love our spacious and beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse at Blue Heron Cove. 3 levels of fun and relaxation on the lakefront with a balcony off the main level and master bedroom level. Wake up and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and easy access to all that lake country has to offer. You may also choose to relax by the pool that is conveniently located just a few steps from our townhouse. Our home sleeps up to 8 very comfortably. 4 beds, a sleeper sofa and 1 inflatable queen air mattress are available to accommodate your crew. Free Wi-Fi is available and TV’s are located in every room. King Bed in Master, twin beds in 2nd bedroom and a Queen bed in the lower level bedroom. There is also a pull out sofa on the lower level and the 1 inflatable bed is available on the basement level. This is a quiet neighborhood and in respect for our neighbors, we DO NOT allow parties on the premises. We’re all for a good time, but only registered guests are allowed. There is also a strict no pet policy. If evidence of a pet is found, guests are subject to a $250 fine. The community pool typically opens the last weekend in May through September 30th. But due to COVID-19, the pool and hot tub area will be restricted to smaller groups to help maintain social distancing. Pool, Hot tub , community dock We are easily available by phone call, text or email! We welcome everyone! Families and business travelers alike will be hooked on the Lakeaholic! The main level features a large kitchen that opens to the living area. This level connects to an expansive walkout balcony overlooking the lake. A great place for morning coffee or a wind down evening cocktail. The lower level is the essence of the Lakeholic! Enjoy comfortable seating along with a 55” Smart TV to watch all of your favorite programs and sporting events! An Foosball table and wine cooler are other honorable mentions in this space. Walk out to the patio which leads directly to the lake! You will also find a comfortable queen bedroom on this level when it’s time to turn it in for the evening. The top level is anchored by the spacious master bedroom with a king bed. Enjoy the views from your own private balcony from morning till nite! There is also another bedroom with twin beds on this level with its own in suite bathroom. We are also very close to some fantastic restaurants; Georgia Butts BBQ and Lake Oconee Bistro are right around the corner. Several other eateries, a Publix grocery store as well as a movie theatre are right up the road just a short 2-3 minute drive away. Boat, jet ski, paddleboard rentals and much more are available right across the cove at Oconee Wild Watersports and Young Harris Watersports! The nearest boat ramps are located at Old Salem Park, FishTale Marina and Sugar Creek Marina.
