It’s 20 min to Chapel Hill and 10 min drive to Saxapahaw General store and Eddies Bar ( amazing night life and outstanding food ... come meet the locals, Ball room and HawRiver canoeing and hiking trails etc. Handicap accessible Please use side door Code is 1236 Available to guest 24/7 as needed Swep-Sax Moonlight is mins from everything... highway, Mc Donald’s , Taco Bell, Popeyes, Bojangles, Zaxby’s , Wendy’s, Cookout, Dominos, Anna Maria’s Pizza, Daily Donuts, Subways, Local Ice Cream shop, Walgreens, CVS, BBT, SunTrust, American National, Bank of America , Children’s Museum, Laundromat, Cleaners, Dollar Store, Hairdresser, Pet Shop, Auto mechanic , police station, fire station , Courthouse, Law-firms , Old Movie Theater, Etc. Dear guest It’s a shared driveway so pleas be considerate of the neighbor. There’s more than enough parking near the carport and behind. Lockbox code will be given upon checkin. Please don’t complain that it’s an old house or the walls are cracked or the hot water last for 20 min at a time or that house needs to be updated. :) Checkout is 10:00am Please don’t complain that the house is old or small or walls are cracked or hot water heater allows for 20 min shower or house has to be updated ,no there is no Wifi ,yes you need a car to get around However I do guarantee you are less than 5 minutes to all restaurants and stores I listed in this listing…. So if my location accuracy is not right on I will give you a free stay!!! And if there is any pizza or fries or any food found in fridge or chocolate on your bed yes it is left for you as a courtesy !!!!! No it wasn’t forgotten!!!! It’s for you to enjoy!!!!
