Enjoy your stay in our beautiful 3 story town home! We are a 1 minute walk to the BART train station, and 30 minute BART ride to SF! This home has 2 master suites, and a guest room for a total of 3 beds and 3 baths. You'll have access to a 2 car garage, kitchen, onsite laundry and a backyard patio. We are located in a gated community in Downtown Hayward. This home is a 3-story townhome, which means quite a few stairs! All travelers welcome! Here are a few details before booking the private home. Because the home is close to public transportation, you may hear BART in varying volumes from different areas of the house. It is very faint, but just want to be transparent before you book your stay. Just in case, there are earplugs available in the supply closet your comfort. Our 3rd-floor Master Suite includes a private bathroom, Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, and study area. The bathroom features a double sink vanity with adjustable degrees of lighting. In addition, we encourage you to treat yourself to a luxurious bath in our extra large tub. The second Master Suite includes a private bathroom, Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a Standing Desk. The bathroom has a shower and bath combination. The guest room is has a Queen-sized bed, with 2 dressers, and the best closet in the house to hold a lot of clothes. The bathroom is not attached, however it does have a full shower. There is also a 2 car garage that can fit 2 cars. Guests have access to the entire home and garage. This is a private home that is not shared with anyone else. We are available through the Airbnb app and will be attentive as much as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns! The neighborhood is a quiet gated community in the heart of Downtown Hayward. Within a 10-min walking radius, you'll find some amazing mom and pop shops, yummy eats, beauty salons, popular bars, and a movie theater. The location is great because there is pretty much anything you would need within a walkable distance! On Saturday mornings the Farmer's Market is right next to City Hall. The home is a 1-minute walk away from Hayward's Bus and BART station. Walking to Downtown Hayward takes about 5 minutes, while a drive to OAK Airport is approximately 20 minutes. Hayward is called the "Heart of the Bay" because it is easily commutable throughout the San Francisco Bay Area!
