CiCis Cottage.... A sweet little hidden gem, built in the 40’s in a quiet, historic neighborhood. It's quaint, cozy and relaxing. The place is small.….. perfect for two, but will accommodate 4. Your pet is welcome at CiCi's Cottage if less than 20 lbs. *Historic neighborhood *20 miles MS State *15 min to Columbus AFB *Q Areobed is available *Tempurpedic mattress *Parking pad or on street parking. *Washer/Dryer *Coffee, bottled water CiCis Cottage.... Built in 1940, a quiet, historic neighborhood. It's cozy and comfortable with lots of throws and pillows. It's small however, perfect for two, but will accommodate four. The queen size bed has a Tempurpedic mattress for a great nights sleep. There's also an air mattress and the couch is pretty comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, sugar, flour, spices etc. Roku and Alexa in the living room for your entertainment. CiCis Cottage is smoke free but there’s an area designated outside for you to indulge. There are 2 parking pads although a few guests have had issues with the driveway ( I park there) as it sits at an angle. This is a very quiet, safe neighborhood but if you have a vehicle that sits low you may prefer to park on the street . Washer and dryer provided if you need to do laundry. There's also a patio area out the back door that's idea for taking out your small dog . We're located only blocks away from downtown where you'll find restaurants, library, and shopping. Located blocks from MUW, approximately 25 min from Starkville and the Bulldogs, 45 from Tuscaloosa and the tide. CiCis cottage is pretty close to identical as the photos in the listing. Extended stays are more than welcome , a discount is offered on a 4 week stay or longer.. For your peace of mind... Your accommodations have been cleaned using the guidelines recommended by the CDC pertaining to Covid-19. Keybox is located on the front door. The code will be provided after you book. Small, enclosed patio area for your pet. I adore meeting people from all over the world and love hearing their stories! However, I promise to respect your privacy and likely won't see you unless I'm needed. CiCi's Cottage is located in a safe, clean and friendly neighborhood. We are snuggled in between our antebellum neighbors in the historic district. Surrounded by mature trees and lovely gardens make it very peaceful and relaxing. Very conveniently located , within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, worship services. Approximately 15 minutes to Columbus AFB, .05 miles to the MUW campus, 25 miles from Mississippi State and an hour from University of Alabama. We have several services that offer transportation. If available, I'm more than happy to transport you. I'll leave you a few notes with instructions, recommendations, and hopefully helpful hints.....
