Home on 2 acres in Silverhill! 40 min to beach!

Renovated ranch style home in a super peaceful country setting ! Great for couples, singles or families with kids ! Sleeps 4 adults , but kids are welcome to sleep on couches so could accommodate up to 6 . House is on three acres, Covered patio and fire pit area out back is a great place to chill and grill ! Single garage, Pets negotiable with prior approval . Great location ! Close to Fairhope, Foley, beaches, OWA, the Wharf & more! Dogs are negotiable if you can leave them crated when you are not at the house and there will be additional dog fee of $50 per dog. Two dogs max and no dogs over 50 pounds. Please let us know up front if you have a dog, and tell us the breed and size and if they will be crated when you are gone. You have the whole house and three surrounding acres of property to yourself ! The family owns 80 acres adjacent to this house but you won’t know it ! You will communicate any concerns or questions to me , Karin , long time Superhost on Airbnb ! Super close to all the great restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores etc . But you still can experience a country setting with Cows, Horses, Chickens etc just right out your door and down the street ! Dogs are negotiable with prior approval but there is no fenced area . No cats please . For long stays we could probably fence off the single garage with wire fencing . Please let Karin know how many guests and reason for your stay before booking , must be 25 book, no partiers or spring breakers please ! You have full access to the entire house and yard! There is a firepit, grill, a few beach chairs and beach towels. Trina and Frank own the property but I manage the property for them . Contact me with any issues you have but it’s possible you may meet them during your stay because they live on the property adjacent to this house ! Silverhill is 20 minutes from popular Fairhope, 20 minutes from the OWA amusement park, the Tanger Outlet in Foley, Wharf Entertainment district and marina , 30 min from Gulf Shores or Orange beach beaches ! 45 minutes to historic Mobile and about an hour away from Pensacola FL . In Silverhill you are in a quaint, quiet town but truly close to all attractions in our area ! You really need your own car to enjoy all our area has to offer , although Uber is available . We cannot accept last minute bookings. The owners clean them selves and need a few days to get the house ready. This house is on a well kept gravel road just about only about 5 minutes from Hwy 59, which takes you straight to Gulf Shores! The good news is you have the option to take backroads and avoid traffic to anywhere you want to go in our area ! Truly the best of both worlds ! Please no partiers or spring breakers ! Must be 25 or up to rent unless accompanied by a responsible adult chaperone . We only accept long term/ monthly bookings during the off season .
