Villa Torricella is an ancient mansion of the fifteenth century, situated in the medieval village of Sillicano, surrounded by chestnut woods. The villa has been renovated respecting the original structure, keeping a single large unit. The house is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is: - A large living room with fireplace, sofas and a small table for 4; - The dining room that seats up to 10-12 people - The kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, toaster, coffee maker ...) - A bathroom with shower. - washing machine. The floors of the ground floor are made of stone and the ceilings are made with the original chestnut beams. On the first floor, which is accessed from the outside, the floors are tiled and old chestnut. From this level we can access the roof terrace: a large terrace, reminiscent of a tower, which offers a stunning view of the mountains. In the private garden of the house, about 180 square meters, is the swimming pool (8.5m x 3.4m), sun beds, umbrellas, and an ancient stone table. The car can be parked in the public parking area of ​​the country (uphill road 100m away from the house); you can still get to the house for loading and unloading.
