It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with fitted kitchen and open fire, a separate sitting, air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio, video and free WiFi internet. A large adjacent, covered terrace with barbecue has a 180° view of the Mirna valley and the hills. A heated private swimming pool measuring 9 x 4.6 m with an air geyser (creates gigantic bubbles) and a large sun terrace with separate adjacent toilet space make the facility complete. The original Istrian house was fully renovated and provided with all modern comforts in 2012. It is tastefully furnished and has a fully fitted, modern indoor kitchen (dishwasher, combi-oven, induction cooker, espresso machine, …) and a utility space with washing machine. Each bedroom has its own character. The three bathrooms have a walk-in shower with massage sprayers. There are parking facilities for a number of cars. The house was not built for renting but as a family home. It is rented if the owner is not using it. Addition of a child's bed possible on request.
