My 31 square meter apartment ist perfect for one person for longer stay. If you are for a project or job in Linz/Austria, this is the perfect place to rent. It is completely furnished and includes Internet and TV. Minimum stay is 14 days onwards. Welcome to Linz! You can rent my place from 14 days onwards. The apartment was completely remodeled inside and outside in Summer of 2015. So you get a fairly new and stylish place. The size is appox. 31 sqm. and there is a 7sqm. loggia. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the room. Equipment: Samsung Smart TV 32" Blutooth Soundbar WiFi highspeed Internet Dolce Gusto coffee machine Vacuum cleaner Washing Machine Micorwave ofen Freezer and much more.. Bedsize is 140x200 I am not living in linz, but i try to be at the place for handover and returning of the apartment. But if you have any questions or problems, you can phone me anytime and i try to do my best to solve it. The apartment is in the center of bustling Linz/Urfahr. There is the Tram line no. 3 only 150m away and a shopping mall "Lentia City" with more than 50 shops and restaurants is right across. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the main square of Linz as well as the old town. The Lentos museum, the Ars Electronica Center and the Danubepark is all in walkable distance. Public parking is just near the building, you have to pay between 8-18.30h. Free parking area starts about 200m away.. The apartment is in the busy center of Linz/Urfahr, so the surrounding is noisy - but there has been new soundproof windows built in recently, so with closed windows it's really quiet.
