Holiday Lodge "Villa Sabine"

Welcome to our duplex house, which offers space for 2 - 6 persons (+ a baby or toddler) with ist 1,345 square feet living area. Our house is in the village Waidhaus (Bavaria) and is located in a very cosy and quiet neighborhood at the bottom of the Suzlberg mountain. Anemities: Full kitchen with appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, water heaters and egg cooker). Open living room and dining area, with a cosy reading corner, TV, radio and Wifi. Our house has three bedrooms. Each room sleeps two people. We can accommodate you with a baby bed and a baby travel bed. The Holiday lodge has a large and modern bathroom on the second floor, and a half bathroom can be found on the ground floor. We will provide towels and hand towels. You are welcome to use the terrace where you will find a table with chairs, two lounge chairs and a grill. The basement offers a ping pong table and a table football (foosball). In basement is also equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. You and especially your children are welcome to share our yard and garden. We offer a parking area next to the house. You can use the attached garage as well. The village center as well as the recreation center Bäckeröd (pool) is a 10 minute walk from our house. The border to Czech Republic is 4 km or 2,5 miles. The house has a private entrance.
