Welcome to our central home, anno 1898, in Strängnäs and Lake Mälaren. Less than an hour from Stockholm. Next to the waterfront. 9 rooms + kitchen and stunning view. Easy Walking-distance from harbour, beach, and central Strängnäs. Childfriendly. The house carries the authentic atmosphere of late 1800. As it was first to be built in the area, it still has a big garden, and a spoiling distance to the water. With its 270 m2 and high ceilings, it is spacious. Everything is withing Walking-distance from the house. We wont be home but will be happy to assist and availble on the phone/mail Always. Our parents will assist you with anything on site. It is a calm, pretty and sophisticated neighbourhood with very nice neighbours. It is so close to Everything; beach, harbour, parks, library, marketsquare, foodshops and restaurants. Please show respect. Local busses are not needed, but stops next door. Region-buses also stops next door. 15-20 min walk to the train-station with hourly trains to Stockholm.
