Ideal in the middle of Germany at the Kirchheimer Dreieck where the A5 and the A7 meet. Approximately 5 km from Kirchheim, the holiday homes in four villages are grouped picturesquely around a reservoir. Your house is on a slope, about 200m from the lake. So you always have a wonderful view over the lake from the south terrace or balcony. It is perfectly divided inside. On the ground floor is the light-flooded living room with a large sofa, fireplace, TV with DVD player and a large dining table that is also ideal for game evenings with your family and friends. On the mezzanine you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with daylight and a separate toilet. Here is also the first bedroom with a double bed. In the attic there are two further bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). From each of the bedrooms you have direct access to the south-facing balcony. In addition, each of the two rooms has a sink, so that it does not build up in the bathroom in the morning. In your entire holiday home, WiFi is available for surfing and emailing free of charge. In the garden you can grill in good weather or simply enjoy the sun. Garden chairs and a charcoal grill are waiting for you and your friends.
