very new, completely reconstructed und furnished in an elegant taste; ancient wooden flooring and doors from 1879, original tiled stove, very new premium fitted kitchen with complete and comfortable equipment (incl. TV, coffee machine, toaster); located in the city center (easily to walk to "Landesmuseum" with Nebra Sky Disk or downtown) The apartment is very exclusively furnished apartment and located in the southern part of “Mühlwegvirtel”. It is about 34 square meters large and located close to city center (between party-zone “Prehistory Museum” with Nebra Sky Disk), directly in “Karl-Liebknecht-Straße”(distance to pubs in “Kleine Ulrichstraße “about 5 min to walk). The apartment is ideal to be used by 2-3 people. By beginning of 2017/end of 2016 the apartment was completely reconstructed by the owner. It is decorated with original English Laura Ashley wall paper in a light sunny yellow- colors scheme. The provided facilities include all necessary electrical devices from TV to coffee machine and dish washer to enable a nice short term trip to Halle accompanied by a calm and comfortable accommodation. Due many wardrobes and shelves the combined living and bedroom offers sufficient space for luggage. There are 3 fully usable places to sleep. If necessary a 4th bed can be provided. The renewed historical wooden floor and the door perfectly complete the elegant and cozy atmosphere of the apartment. The new, light flooded and modern fitted kitchen contains as well a very nice dining space. The tiled and exclusively furnished bathroom provides a shower, daylight, sufficient storage. The heating element can be used to dry towels. We provide Wi-Fi for regular usage. You have the apartment for your own use with seperate access day and nigth. We live on 2nd floor in the same house and are happy to help you with advice to see Halle. Quick communication via chat and mobile phone is possible as well. If there is time, of course we can have a beer or a coffee together in the garden. The apartment is located in a calm and neat lane with almost complete Neo-Renaissance architecture in the southern part of “Mühlwegviertel”. Just around the corner there is „Bernburger Strasse“ and Reileck with many options to go out at night with cinema, restaurants, pubs, night café etc. . Additionally the opera, the theater and many museums e.g. Prehistory Museum or Moritzburg Museum are not very far away (to be visited either by walking or by tram). The very close located Peißnitz island with its beer gardens is a nice alternative for a beer in summer time. In the neighborhood you can find many small bakeries, butchers and vegetable shops as well as bio markets and super markets – easily to be reached by walking. It’s only a 3 minutes walk to tram station "Hermannstraße" (lines 3, 7, and 8 to city center in 5 minutes; 7 and 12 to main train station in 13 minutes). The center of Halle can be easily reached by tram or by walking (“Kleine Ulrichstraße” about 500 m, “Universitätsplatz” – about 900 m, Market Place – about. 1200 m). Parking is free in the streets around. Please treat the apartment carefully and please don’t smoke. In spring we will provide a space outside in the garden in front of the house to relax and for smoking.
