Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to six people, with 2 queen and one full beds. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet and cable are provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets. Open space with three bedrooms and two baths. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Gas fireplaces in master bedroom and living room. Two car garage available for guest use. Guest are able to use and trade books. Private drive available for parking. The guest have access to the entire house including two car garage. Loft is not furnished. No more than eight people on the back deck at a time. The lower level is unavailable. Access to wifi and cable. Bluray and dvd players are provided for guest use along with a selection of movies. Close to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesborough, and Bristol. Within an hour of Abingdon, VA; Boone, NC; and Ashville, NC. About hour and half from Dollywood.
