Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. A Daily Resort Fee of 820 pesos exclusive of tax will be applied to this reservation and will be charged to the guest’s folio, payable at check in. This fee includes in-room and public areas internet access , fitness room, parking, seasonal activities, in-room coffee/tea, in-room local and toll-free calls. TAXES AND FEES: Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a daily rate of 820 pesos exclusive of tax Resort Fee* will be required. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. *Resort Fee includes daily New York Times available at La Plaza (Internet version), in-room safe, access to the Fitness Center, enhanced housekeeping service and daily fresh towels. Cabo Azul Resort will be following the WTTC Safety and Hygiene and “Punto Limpio” (Mexican certification) procedures. In all areas of the resort, social distancing protocols will be enforced at all times and we encourage guests to remain at least six feet from other groups when using the resort amenities. GUEST ROOMS Daily cleaning will remain upon request Daily turndown service will remain upon request Delivery of extra linens and amenities will be delivered at the room door only, Team members will not be allowed to enter a guest room. RESTAURANTS According to the alert system, there will be a limited capacity Reservations are highly recommended Beverage Menu service is available around the pool. The swim up bar will remain closed IN ROOM DINING Food will be packaged only as a “to go” presentation. No chinaware will be used for room service Food will be delivered at the door. Team members will not be allowed to enter a guest room POOLS & BEACH: Lounge chairs have been installed following social distancing guidelines. Additional lounges will not be placed Limited capacity restrictions will be posted at the pool and Jacuzzi areas. All towels will be wrapped in plastic bags Each lounge chair will be disinfected appropriately prior to use of each guest If indicated by the local authorities, the access/use of the pools, Jacuzzi’s, and beach will be denied. FITNESS CENTER The maximum capacity in the fitness center will be 10 people at a time. Disinfecting of each machine will done after every use
