Secluded lakefront cottage on Harvey’s Lake

Lakefront, very private home with view of the lake from every room. The sound of the lake waters splashing on the shore and the call of the loons is something to experience. Enjoy swimming, kayaking or water skiing if you have a motor boat with bumpers for the dock. Looking to relax? Sit outside on the patio in the evening on a star-studded night. Soon the fall colors will provide a backsplash of Mother Nature’s quilt on the waters. A site to see. Main floor with living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bath with shower stall and bathtub, new sofa bed with full-sized mattress. Gas-powered flame stove for ambiance during winter months. Upper level with king size bed, dresser and small closet space and AC wall unit for those rare very warm nights in summer. Concerned about public safety, the cottage is cleansed with disinfectants and antimicrobial agents top to bottom between guests. Enjoy the complete privacy of our special place. There is no TV though there is Wifi/Internet with a landline for emergency use. It is truly a weekend away from it all to reconnect and relax. There is 1 kayak on the premises, though a second is available upon request. We have a few floating pieces and floating raft as well Owners are in the next home for any questions/concerns/issues that may arise at any time. No more than 4 guests, please, and the space is for guests only. No social gatherings and no smoking on premises Quiet, remote, very peaceful, wonderful neighbors. There is a nearby trail to walk for those who enjoy a walk in the woods No public transportation nearby, though location is approximately 10 minutes off the Interstate 91 There are some nearby restaurants within 30 minutes, take out for some at this time, though don't expect home delivery in this remote, rural area. Expect a quiet, relaxing, peaceful experience. 20 minutes from St. Johnsbury (north) and 45 minutes from Hanover New Hampshire (south). Closest hospitals are 20 minutes north or south.
