The apartment is equipped with English and Spanish TV, and WiFi which is all included in the price,the bedrooms are a twin, and a double, with a sofa bed in the lounge area. The lounge area also has air conditioning. the Communal pool and children's play areas are just a couple of minutes walk. The apartment is along a quiet street in La Herrada, and urbanisation just outside of the typically Spanish town of Los Montesinos. The local supermarket (Dial Prix) is just a few minutes walk away along with some local bars. The town of Los Montesinos is a 5 minute drive away and and the towns of Torrevieja and Guardamar are about a 15 minute drive. Guardamar boasts long golden sandy beaches, and a street market on a Wednesday, whilst Torrevieja, has a night market promenade with bars and restaurants, a port and harbour area, and a weekly street market on a Friday.
