Cozy stay next to the farm yard

Come in stay in this cozy well equipped room. The house is only 2.5 km from the city centre and the suburb has got a very good infrastructure and bus connection. The near by forest can be reached in a few minutes by food. The room has a private bathroom (to be reached from the terrace), a hotplate for cooking, a fridge and a gas BBQ on the terrace, which is ajacent to a farm yard with beautiful fruit trees and a chicken yard. The sofa unfolds into a comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom is only used by you. The terrace and the gas BBQ is shared with other people in the house. I have lived abroad myself for a long time and can communicate in English, French and Spanish and I am happy to help, if that is needed.
