Private cottage in a green area

The cottage has a cosy living area from which you can enjoy the garden and view. In the centre of the room, you will find French doors leading to the private terrace. Additional windows create lots of daylight. The cottage is fully equipped: you will have WiFi, a dishwasher, a television, etcetera. The cottage is near public services but located in a green street with lots of space. In the past, a royal castle was located on the premises. Making it a monument. It is a detached home with French doors to the private terrace with a view of the grasslands. Upon entrance, you will find a hallway with three doors leading to the bathroom, toilet and living area. In the living area, you will find a television, music installation and a large table. The dining area is connected to the kitchen which is also fully equipped. From the same living area, you can open the French doors leading to the terrace. The living area also has a door to the first bedroom, decorated in a French blue theme. Furthermore, there is a door to another hallway leading to the staircase. On the first floor, you will find the second bedroom, decorated in a Napoleon theme. Behind the staircase on the ground floor, you will find a curtain leading to another optional bedroom. Both the Napoleon themed bedroom as the optional third room, have rather small beds. In the outside area, you will find a large swimming pool (about 70 square meters). At the swimming pool, you can relax on the sunbeds and in the gazebo. You may use the pool in consultation with us since we make use of it as well. If you are travelling with two persons but wish to use the additional room, you should book for three persons. Also, for longer stays, cleaning is done every other week (allowance of 30 euros per cleaning). Our house is located across the city. The buildings are not connected. Upon arrival, you will get a tour. If you have any further questions after check-in, you can always swing by to ask. The cottage is located within walking distance from the centre of Ulft. Here you can find multiple grocery stores (Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Aldi, Lidl), other shops and different services. The cottage is located just outside the centre, on the other side of the river. Therefore, you are near everything you need while still surrounded by greenery. The cottage is very near the river ‘Oude Ijssel’. Next to the river lays a walking path, which also leads to the DRU Cultuurfabriek (a 5-minute walk). This used to be an iron foundry factory but has been turned into a cultural centre. Nowadays, you can pay a visit to the restaurant, (movie) theatre, concert hall and museum which are all located on the premises. You should also pay a visit to the tourist information and inspiration point (VVV). Here you can learn more about the area in an interactive way, pick out activities and explore one of the many routes available. In the area, there are many restaurants within ten minutes of driving or cycling. After your reservations, you will receive plenty of information on the possibilities. The nearest city, Doetinchem, is at 10 kilometres distance. It will take you around 15 minutes by car. You can park on the premises free of charge. In the area, you will find many different routes for walking and cycling. The swimming pool can only be used in consultation with us. Towels, kitchen linen, bed linen, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and cleaning supplies are at your disposal. A Chromecast has been set up on the TV. You can always ask if you need anything else!
