Cottage close to the sea in Yngsjö, 6 km from Åhus

A nice, renovated cottage surrounded by lovely pine forest in Yngsjö. 700 meters from stunning beach. Living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, dining area and glazed doors to small patio and terrace facing south. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/basin/washing machine, separate toilet. 3 bed rooms. Close to the cottage there is a small supermarket, a well reputated restaurant, tennis court, playground, mini golf, petanque court and a bus stop. In the village there is also the popular ice cream making factory "Ottos Glass" wich is open for purchaises. A short bike ride away (3 km) you'll find Martins Rökeri, well known for it's delicious smoked fish. If you like fishing there are good possibilities where Helge å meets the Baltic sea (36 documented species). Yngsjö is situated along the indicated bike itinerary "Sydostleden" that takes you towards Kristianstad or Österlen. 10 minutes away by car you have the nature reserve "Forsakar" with lovely bech forest, hills, ravines and waterfalls, perfect for relaxing walks and picnic. Close to Degeberga/Forsakar there are small roads ideal for road biking. Within 20 kilometers from Yngsjö there are 4 verry good golf courses (2 more within 30 km). A few kilometers north of Yngsjö you can enjoy the medieval town of Åhus, a popular summer destination with cobbled sreeets, picturesque houses and a small marina. Here you also find a bigger grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, liquor store and small shops. Welcome to our place! Parking for 2 cars. 4 bikes are available in the cottage, 1 with child seat. Even childrens bikes can be available. Bus stop 900 meters from the cottage (bus to Åhus and Kristianstad). Sundays is changing days Check in from 15h00 Check out at 11h00 (If there is no other agreement) Good things to know: - Bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towel. There are pillows and covers in the cottage. . - The cottage is non smoking and pets are not allowd inside. - Cleaning is performed by the tenant before leaving. Cleaning equipment is fournished by us. Proffesional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
