Charming cottage by the lake in Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like. Thhe 24 square meters offers a sleeping area with a comfortable king size bed, TV and stereo (to play cd´s and to connect with Iphone) and a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen area is equipped with wood stove, electric stove, refrigerator, micro and coffeemaker. Private bathroom is located close by in the basement of the main house. There is no water facet and sink in the cottage, but you have your own kitchen sink to use right outside the bathroom in the main building. The cottage is heated by the old style wood stove, mostly not needed during the summer months but it can be cozy to start a fire during the evenings. There is out door furniture and a barbeque grill. Gäster har tillgång till den egna stugan på 24 m2 en altan i bästa solläge på 24m2. På altanen finns möbler, solsängar och grill. Gästen tar med egen kol och tändvätska. Eget badrum med toalett och dusch i källaren på huvudbyggnaden. Bastu mot 200 kr tillägg per 1,5 timme. Vi bor in till och kommer vara på plats vid incheckning. Härlig strandpromenad in till Sigtuna. Löpspår och tennisbanor. Sigtuna stad har mycket att erbjuda både vad gäller fritidsaktiviteter och historia. Parkering för en bil ingår. Busshållsplatsen ligger 200 meter från stugan. Det går enkelt att ta sig till Arlanda och Stockholm med buss och tåg. Eventuellt finns cyklar att låna, men vi kan inte garantera att de alltid fungerar. 2 kajaker finns att hyra.
