There is free off-road parking for 2 cars. This exceptional modern property has just what you need for a relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore the local area. With an eco-air-source heat pump central-heating system and under-floor heating, the house is warm and welcoming all year around. All rooms are bright and airy, particularly the living area with it’s bi-fold doors opening onto a spacious decked patio overlooking the enclosed lawn and surrounding fields and distant mine-buildings reminding us of the rich industrial heritage of this area. The garden is enclosed making it an ideal property for guests bringing young children. There is a gas BBQ provided so guests can enjoy sitting out in the evening enjoying a meal and glass of wine. Up the softly carpeted stairs to the bedrooms the rooms are decorated to a high standard with beautiful soft linen & towels. All rooms have pleasant sea or country views. This fabulous property is the perfect base from which to explore the coastline between Penzance & St.Ives and is situated right in the heart of Poldark country! There are many pubs, restaurants and cafes within easy reach. Pendeen itself is a linear settlement with an award-winning pub, the North Inn. St.Just is also a short drive away with it’s shops, pubs and cafes. Geevor & Levant Mines are popular tourist attractions and are also just a short distance away. The white lighthouse of Pendeen Watch stands on the headland overlooking the bay, and the ‘Best Secret Beach’ voted by the Times newspaper is within walking distance. This beach is also famous in the first Poldark series as Nampara Cove. The property is easily accessible and an easy drive from nearby attractions such as St.Michaels Mount, Sennen, Lands End, The Minnack Theatre, & St.Ives. There is also a bus stop just down the road from which you can also access these attractions and many more. This property is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and two children. We cannot accept all adult groups unless it is a family with teenage children. We cannot accept any bookings from guests without a previous review from another host.
