Private room in a fully furnished 3bed/1.5bath house. All utilites, cookware, and linens are included. Due to shared common areas, this is a "male only" house and the house will be shared with 1 to 2 other men. (Please message us for female housing options.) Budget friendly option for students, traveling professionals or other extended stay visits. The room has a lock, but you will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living area, etc. with up to 2 other male guests. Cleaning - We encourage each guest to work together with other house mates to keep the common areas clean and free from personal belongings. Please wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after use to avoid infringing on the shared spaces. If other guests complain and behavior is not corrected, we may leave a review reflecting our experience. A cleaning person will clean the common areas after a guest moves out. Laundry - please bring your own detergent/pods All common areas. The best way to reach me through is through text, but I am also available through calling or email. We are not far from the house to assist in any way. Up and coming neighborhood in Middletown, PA which is a cute historic town with a young college vibe (Penn State Harrisburg is a mile away). Plenty of good places to eat and drink. It is safe and friendly. A couple of our favorites are the Tattered Flag/Nuclear Bean, the Brownstone, and the Hop Yard which are within walking distance. Also close to Hershey, Harrisburg, Camphill. Approx 35 min to Lancaster. Harrisburg airport less than 1 mile away. Amtrak stop within walking distance. House is on a bus route. House lock box code will be provided in Check-In instructions. Dishwasher is not functional.
