Our Appartement is 98 sqm in size. per foot you reach bakery (2min), restaurants (Italian and Indian 3min) and the old town (8min), supermarket (2 min), beautiful landscape of river, meadows and little mountains with forests (8min) perfect for hiking and biking. the next building is fitness with spa (our guests (age from 16) can use this for free). See the pictures - very cosy and beautiful, nice view. From the backyard you can take endless walks along a little natural riverbed in wide meadows. And you are also in the old centre of the town in a 10 Minutes walk. Whole Appartement for guests alone. Big kitchen, Bathroom, Sleeping room with a big closet, big dining room and a living room with a sleeping sofa. We live in the same house. And our employees in the Studio nearby have all the informations and the key if we are not in town. Our landscape is very naturally, perfect for activities in the nature. But in the same way our little town (about 42000 inhabitants) is full of interesting (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a "main centre" because other big cities are more than 70 km away. So we have everything you need. Good restaurants, nice little shops in the old town.....ask us, we tell you everything. Bus Station 1 min away ("Edeldorfer Weg" (Website hidden by Airbnb) with the bus you reach every place in the town. You can use the gym and spa next door for free. (not for children, from the age of 16 it can be used) this ist included.
