Old haystack, converted into a studio (recent refurbishment), set in a small family farm. The accommodation features a private bathroom, kitchenette, small mezzanine, TV and outdoor relaxation space with large lawn and several shady areas of pine and olive trees. The property is set in the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park and at the entrance of the typical North Alentejo village of Póvoa e Meadas. At 4km is the Dam of Póvoa (beautiful place for nature walks, with the possibility of cooling in its waters), 8 km is the largest menhir of the Iberian Peninsula and throughout the region you can visit other monuments prehistoric and Roman times. You can also visit the beautiful and historic Vila de Castelo de Vide (known as Sintra do Alentejo), as well as the elevated Marvão village with its stunning view over the entire region.
