nice sunny flat, 86 qm in the first floor, with 3 bedrooms ; 2 with double Beds and one room with 2 single beds ,view to our old castle Rothenberg; close to the highway to Nürnberg or Bayreuth, but with the charm of the countryside. You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys! The flat offers 3 bedroom. Two of them do have double beds the third room (which is an extra room on the same floor,please look at the floor plan) has two single beds. Big living/dining room with great view to our old castle. The kitchen has of couse a fridge,mikrowave , toaster and coffe machine (senseo). A washing maschine is in the bath. If there should be anything you need, dont hesitate to ask! We don´t charge for kids under the age of 2 years. fully furnished flat in the first floor of our house, with big balcony. Containing 6 bed , 2 double beds and 2 single beds. 3 sleeping rooms as we live in the same house, we we are availabe, whenever ist is needed. great view to our old castle, wonderful neighbourhood train station reachable in 7 min walk; a supermarkt is situated very close (5min walk); Highway in 1 min by car
