Il Querceto is an old farmhouse renovated in the eighties, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, a garden and a small portion of an oak and acacia forest. Located about 10 km north-east of Perugia, it is located on the edge of the Tiber valley near the Egubina state road, a 20-minute drive from Assisi and 30 from Gubbio. An internal parking area, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, a play area for children in the garden and a barbecue are available in the park area.
