Villa Stella: Stylish and modern cottage in Ylläs

Well equiped modern kitchen and diningarea. Nice modern fireplace (very efficient!) in the sitting area with corner-sofa and a big enough flatscreen TV. There is one separate WC and another in the bathroom connected to the sauna area. There is also a washing machine for your use. The sauna is very nice with a view out. There is a door out to the veranda for cooling down after your sauna-bath. Or why not take a few more steps and dive in the snow, in real finnish way? At the entrence there is an area for your outside clothes and shoes, there is also a drying cabinet for shoes and damp ski-clothes. Two separate bedrooms with two beds downstairs and up on the loft a cozy area with four more beds, Fatboys and reading lights. However the house is designed for four guests and might therefore feel too small for 8 persons. If any problems occur during your stay we have a serviceperson nearby who is willing to help. You can ski straight from the ski slope to the yard or start your x-countru-tour on the track a short walk away. The distance to the nearest grocery store is 2 km and Äkäshotelli 1,4 km away. There is a carport with heater-contacts for two cars in a separate buiding. In this same building there is also a warm ski-service room and a fire-wood shed. The Ski-bus stop is 800 m away. There are also two "kicks" ( (Hidden by Airbnb) sparkstötting) to be used during the winter. In the summer you can easily rent bikes in the village. All the ski equipment for as well cross-country (good touring standard) as alpine skis (carving) are included in the week rent. There are skiboots in all adult sizes and both skis and poles in different lengths. There are also snow-shoes and two "kicks" for your free use.
