Romantic cottage few steps from swimming in nature

Romantic wood cottage is last from the cottage settlement & the nearest one to water dam. There is nice garden with hammock. Its a beautiful place for rest, swim, walk in nature, listen to birds and charge “your battery”. Ideal for people who love nature. It’s possible to rent a canoe (host) or water pedal, small boat etc in camp nearby. The toilet is dry on the garden. There isn’t a stove yet, so take some warm clothes in case weather is cold! The cottage is fully equipped to cook easy meals. Ideal place for couples or family vacation during summer. 2 adult plus 2 kids (maximum for stay in comfort). All cottage and garden will be just for you. You can also use a tent on The garden. Next to the cottage is the way to swimming spot so there is comming people around garden, but because this swimming spot is only for people from cottage settlement, its not so busy. Swimming spot is aprox 50m from the cottage. There is also swings and sandboxes for children to play. I can rent you canoi for 250czk/day (plus returnable deposite 5000czk) or you can rent some water pedal, small boats, paddleboard etc in Autocamp Skalice nearby. There is 2 very good family restaurants 3km from the cottage. Points of interest in the surroundings: Golf Park Slapy - 1km Měřín 10 km aquqpark with toboggan, tennis, squash, bowling, volleyball, beach volleyball. Indoor sports hall. Balneo operation - salt cave, massage, sauna, whirlpool, floating bath, solar meadow, solarium .... - Fishing, bicycle touring, boat rental and pedalo boat 100m - Horseback riding 3kmSlaps - Sights: Konopiště Chateau Chateau Dobris Orlík Chateau Český Šternberk Castle The mining museum Granary in Prostřední Lhota - museum Lookout tower Drahoušek near Osečany Lookout tower Veselý vrch u Mokrska Museum of gold in Jílové u Prahy Netvorice motorcycle museum Cottage is last one in the settlement and nearest one to the water/swimming. Around, except beautiful nature, there is big garden, where you can park your car easily and your kids can have fun. From cozy terrace you walk straightly into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals (2 inductions hotplates, sink, fridge, pots and all necessary things). From kitchen you walk straightly to living room where is shower corner also. There is one sofa, table, chairs and 2 chambers/ cabinets. Between kitchen and living room there are doors and behind them are steep wooden stairs to the attic, where is one single bed and huge (250x200cm) sleeping place in other bedroom. If you have small kids which fell down from the stairs, it is better to sleep with them downstairs on sofa in living room or I can provide you with the travel baby cot. (request it when booking). I will welcome you and accommodate you at cottage. In case my absence, some of my friends or family will do that. You can contact me on my mobile number, Whats up or Viber. In closest neigbourhood is other cottage on one side (but enough far for to have aprivacy), trees, birds and all lovely nature. The place is few meters from water which is perfect for swimming, canoing, fishing etc. Its ideal place for couples equally for families with kids. This place is full of piece and calm amtosphere. If you like to make a party etc, please dont book my cottage. This place is not good for this purpose. The cottage is situated 40km southly from Prague next to water dam Slapy. You will reach the spot in 50min by car, driving through nice way next to Vltava river. There is easy straight line by bus from Prague 5 - Nádraží Smíchov - to the nearest village BUŠ. Or to bus station SLAPY, which is more far, but just few km. The ticket cost aprox 2euro and the way take not more then 1hour. In case of traveling by bus, you will need to walk 2,9km from bus station “BUŠ” to the cottage. If I will accomodate you personaly, I can pick you up. For this I need to know, you arrive one weak in advance. In case Im not in Czech Republic, we need to discuss it in forward! The cottage is without thermal insulation and there is not a stove at the moment. It’s ideal for summer season or early fall/late spring. In summer colder days can come also, please take some warm clothes with you. There is only dry toilet on the garden! Its better if you bring sleeping bag with you. (Or you can bring your own bedding.) In case you can’t, please let me know beforehand!
