House with character in AYGUETINTE

Our cottage is a large house, all in stone, with a large living room about 40 m2 + fireplace (wood provided) .It consists of 4 large bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, TV and air conditioning. In summer you can enjoy full freedom of the great outdoor space for breakfast, lunch under the lime trees and cook all your grilling in the great barbecue .The pool and tennis are available as well as a private lake where you can sin picnic or take a nap under the poplars. The calm, tranquility and stunning views of the Gers countryside you are insured. If you need to rest, relax and breathe fresh air, it is for you and all your family or friends since we can accommodate up to 14 people. The lake is 1 km from the house below the other side and is not visible from the cottage. l In Castera-Verduzan (1. 3 km) you can find all the local shops: butcher, grocery store, newsagent, post office, bakery and a Casino. A small detail we own two dogs that live in freedom on the property. They are very nice and adore the company of adults and children. Animals (dog, cat ....) are not accepted in the cottage. During the holidays we rent only weekly, ie from Saturday to Saturday.
