Places of interest: Regensburg (10 km to downtown), castle ruins, Walhalla, woods, Danube, playgrounds, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Maximum for 2 adults and 2 kids. High quality 33 sqm oneroom apartment (sleeping and living combined in one room sort of like a studio but and the kitchen in an extra room) with its own kitchen and bathroom. Built 2012, according to building organic and low energy building standards with heated floors, wooden furniture, internet access. Visit from here the World Heritage city of Regensburg (10 km to downtown, easy to reach by car or bus or even bike) or spend your business stay . We look forward to seeing you! For dining there is a nice bavarian beergarten and restaurant in the village, a pizzeria and a 4 star hotel with 4 star restaurant, a greece restaurant and an ice cream bar. Locatet in a quiet and relaxing area but at the same time very close to Regensburg down town. To go to down town Regensburg it takes only: 15 Minutes with the car 25 Minutes with the bus 30 Minutes with the bike one hour with the boat And Regensburg has so much to offer: 2000 years of history, world heritage, many cultural parties, theater, musicals, museums, Jazz Festival, many many cafés and bars and restaurants, puplic swimmingpools and much more. Next bus stop only 100m away. Bus every 20 minutes. No more than two adults and two children can stay in the apartment. Please note that the apartment is a non smoking apartment. Quality is priority to us. The apartment is a healthy living place so you feel realy well and at home. There is no airconditioning. But it is not necessary because the house is built with great engergy standards, big brick walls and so in the summer it stays nice and cool and in the winter it is warm and cosy - especially with the heated floors. The apartment has its own entrance, an own little terrace for sitting outside, own kitchen and bathroom. If needed, for a small fee, you can use our washingmashine, dryer and electric iron in the main house in the same garden. We live just behind this apartment in another house in the same garden. So if you need anything we are there to help. However we do respect your privacy and during your stay you have the aparment for yourself. You have your own entrance and so you can enjoy all the privacy you want. Our neighbourhood is a nice an quiete place with mostly family houses with their own gardens. It is a save small village. People know and greet each other. There are playgrounds, one greek restaurant, two bavarian restaurants, one pizzaria and one 4 star hotel with restaurant in walking distance. There is the midevale castle ruins and the historic Walhalla monument and lots of green in walking distance. There is a bus going directly to Regensburg downtown. The famous Danube bike path is close and brings you right down town and it's mostly along the river away from traffic. You can even take the boat from the Walhalla down town in the summer. It just takes a little longer. We made sure that the apartment has modern and new appliances. We painted the rooms with organic all natural paints, the furniture is all wood in the mainroom and the flores are Italian designer tiles with floor heating. We did this to create a truely relaxing and healthy environment so our guests feel welcome and at home. In order to keep this good quality we need our guests to treat the interior well so the next guests can enjoy it as well. Guests who come late summer or in fall usually are lucky to pick their own apples and pears in the big old trees in the garden.
