The place is quiet and in walking distance of the nature reserve of Riddagshausen. It is booked exclusively - nobody else will be in the flat. Meanwhile there are curtains, too. There is a Queen size bed 160x200 cm in the bedroom; sleeping possibility for a 3rd or 4th person is on the sleeping sofa and/or an additional guest bed (80 x 200) . fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, bedroom, washing machine (shared with owner in additional room), dish washer, dishes, linen, Wifi, 42" TV, own garden space, hair dryer, seat for children. Please note: the carport in front of the entrance is private and can not be used in case you travel by car. But there is lots of parking space in the quite street in front of the flat, e.g. opposite house Friedensallee No.9. We are happy to share our knowledge about our favorite places in Braunschweig and around. We speak german, englisch and spanish. Supermarket, pharmacy, public transportation and a bank are in walking distance (5 minutes). Wonderful nature, great jogging area around, but only 10 minutes to city center (bus/bike/car), relaxed housing area bus and tram lines are 300m from the house, they take you to the city center in 10 minutes or to Wolfsburg in 45min. The main train station is about 8 min by taxi/20 min by bus. Car distance to Wolfsburg: 25 minutes, Berlin: 1,5 h by train
