It is about 800m from the Havel and is located in the middle of the nature reserve. The property is NOT completely fenced. In the east and south, it borders directly on huge Havelauen. The location in the middle of the Havelland is ideal for relaxing and relaxing in nature. There are good bike paths as well as hiking trails in the immediate area. Boat trips are also possible. A few hundred meters away is a small stud farm. On the Havel and thus in the immediate vicinity are two swimming spots. Highly recommended is a visit to the natural pool Premnitz (about 5km). Shops are located in the neighboring Milow (2km). The nearest small town is Rathenow (10km) with about 26 000 inhabitants. The property has an area of approximately 1400qm and is equipped with a larger massive Finnhütte, a small Finnhütte and a wood sauna with a small terrace. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 adults and one child. The bedrooms are divided into once 4 adults and 1 child (sleeping loft of the larger hut, two double beds plus cot) and once 2 adults (small Finnhütte, a double bed). The small hut is a simple summer hut and not insulated. The big hut is winterproof. On the property, additional tents can be set up on request. The decor is simple and rustic, but you have everything you need to live. In the larger cabin is the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (portafilter). Next door is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. In the lounge is a large table with seating for six people. On the property is still a rustic summer kitchen with smoker, refrigerator and a sink. Directly above the summer kitchen is a small tree house. A pavilion for comfortable sitting, a sandpit, table tennis, barbecue and a fireplace are also available and can be used at any time. In addition, there is a garden shower with hot water and one with cold water, a wood-heated outdoor bathtub and several outdoor seating areas. On request, a boat can be rented. To note ... In the large Finnhütte is due to structural reasons a fairly steep staircase to the sleeping loft. The walk to and from the sleeping loft is only possible under supervision for smaller children. Even for older adults, this staircase can be a challenge. This is to be considered when booking. Alternatively, with the small Finnhütte a ground-floor sleeping space with double bed is available. Pets are allowed in our accommodation.
