Living area has a sofa (converts to small double sofabed), dining table/chairs, radio and CD player, TV, side unit, air conditioning unit. Patio doors leading to large balcony with table and chairs for outside dining. Linen and towels (not beach) provided. Overlooking communal Pool (open from June to September inc). Underground Parking Space. Situated on the edge of the small village of Murta Maria in a quiet location. All apartments have large balconies leading off the kitchen/living area for outside dining, all overlooking the pool. Furnished and fully equipped to a high standard with air con. All apartments benefit from underground parking. The restaurants and bars of Murta Maria are a short walking distance away and include a specialist fish restaurant as well as pizza and pasta. There are a couple of supermarkets as well as a wonderful pasticceria and other small local shops in the village. The wonderful Porto Istana beach is just 1.5kms away and many other fabulous beaches are in the vicinity including the famous La Cinta and Brandincchi. Away from the coast, within a short drive, the mountainous interior is stunningly beautiful and unspoilt - ideal for walking/driving through in the cooler months.
