Our Studio sits atop a ridge affording 360 degree views of surrounding apple orchards, valleys and White Mountain foothills. "Sweet Cider Farm" has been in our family continuously since 1830 and is the original site of Wallingford's Fruit House. You will see the sunrise to the front of the house and spectacular sunsets to the back. This 1200 sq. foot second floor studio space was recently renovated with a cathedral ceiling, new bamboo floor, new windows, a modern bathroom and private guest entry. This is the perfect destination for adventures and romantic getaways. Walking distance to Wallingford's Fruit House - best cider donuts and apple picking in the State. Central to Bowdoin, Colby and Bates Colleges, Portland and Freeport -40 minutes from Portland -35 minutes to Freeport Shopping -1 hour to Sunday River Ski Area -1 hour and 30 minutes from Sugarloaf and Saddleback Ski Areas. -5 minutes to Lost Valley Ski Area (wonderful for kids) The best ocean beaches are 45 minutes away as well.
