Lakeview house near Gothenburg

2 bedroom house with large living room, a terrace, garden and wonderful lake views, 30 min drive/train from central Gothenburg. Near stunning walking trails and lakes for outdoor activities like skiing, walking, ice skating, swimming and kayaking. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), fully equipped kitchen (incl dish washer) and bathroom with shower. The basement has garden furniture, outdoor games, a BBQ etc, and a washing machine. Guests will not share the house with anyone else. Feel free to borrow/use what you see just please take care to put back as you found it. In the basement there are outdoor games such as "Kubb", badminton etc as well as outdoor furniture and BBQ. There are also a toboggan and one set of cross country skis (shoes size 38 only). No cleaning fee is added, guests are kindly asked to clean after themselves at check out. The house is 3 min walk from the lake and has lake views (from up the hill it sits on). The nearest public beach is a 10 min walk. The nearest Running / walking / skiing trails in several locations are within 10 min drive as well as kayak / canoe hiring and fishing. In the winter, the lake is busy with ice skaters, ice hockey players and skiiers. The running trails turn into cross country ski tracks and some are lit to late at night. There are decent ski slopes within 30 min drive and Gothenburg city is approx 30 min drive or 25mn from Hindas station by train. Liseberg amusement park is 20 mins away. The nearest supermarket (open 8am - 10pm) is a 7 min drive away. Free parking. The nearest train station with trains to Gothenburg and Boras is 7 min drive away. Landvetter airport is 15 min drive away (but there is no air traffic over the house!). The house has fibre internet
