We live in the house so, apart from the times we are travelling we are always present when our guests stay. Our interaction with the guests depends entirely upon their individual requests. All around us are small farmlands and similar houses. Some farms are still functioning, others have been converted into horse stables and paddocks, and a few, like ours, have been turned into spacious gardens. The neighbourhood is very quiet and ideal for a weekend getaway from a city. The village is within walkable distance from our home. Biking is the best method of travel around the village and surrounding countryside. Buses travel regularly to Osnabruck and closer related stops to the house. A car is advisable especially for bad weather and guests who cannot walk or cycle. This is our home and we live in the house, when not travelling. We embrace and enjoy the ethos of Airbnb - that being - our guests share our home with us. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
