One level with no steps to the front door which is next to the driveway. With your own private entrance and smart lock, you are free to come and go anytime. Complete privacy. We are available most of the time should you need any help. The house temperature is controlled by NEST thermostat and there is a standalone heater and ceiling fan with its own remote to set to your needs. The code for the lock will be provided a day before you arrive. Please input the code and turn the knob (not the handle) clockwise to open. For locking, just turn the knob anti-clockwise. Most of the time we are available to receive the guest and greet them. Should you need any specific needs, please let us know and we will try to accommodate them to the extent possible. If we cannot meet you in person, we will ensure that all communication is taken care of so your stay is comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood, however shops and restaurants are just within 5 min drive. Beautiful park located within 2 min from home where you can do your morning jog or walk. Parking at driveway. Free street parking is also available. We have two wonderful boys, 6 and 13. They are well behaved and stay quiet most of the time. Since room is attached to the main house, it is not 100% sound proof.
