An upscale rental in the heart of our charming, small town of Oakridge Enjoy our newly renovated apartment located above the Three-Legged Crane Pub, with great views of town and the local mountains. Enjoy all the area has to offer, by being right in the center of it. Clean, comfortable, and with direct access to town and all of the adventures Oakridge’s surrounding area has to offer. *Carefully appointed, newly refinished, and fully furnished apartment *New: hardwood floors, appliances, ductless air conditioning and heating *Queen-sized platform memory-foam mattress *Kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cook top, coffee maker, stainless sink, dishes and cookware. Plus sharp knives! *TV in the bedroom with Roku/Netflix *A separate bike/gear storage room *Wifi *Coffee for your first morning *Washer and dryer in building *Body wash, shampoo, condition, hair dryer provided This unit (#2) has a pullout sofa for toddlers/older children. This unit holds 2 adults and 2 kids, only/maximum. Not 4 adults. Please let us know if you have children, so we can provide extra bedding. Your friendly, well-behaved dog is welcome to join you on vacation. There is an additional $25 pet fee (per dog) to be paid through AirBnb as an "extra service" closer to your arrival. All dogs must be socialized and non-aggressive towards humans and other dogs alike, and may NOT be left unattended. Due to allergies, cats cannot be accommodated. **Please note**: There is a train that runs through town. The pub is located downstairs. While Oakridge feels like a sleepy town, there is a potential for some noise from time-to-time. (We have provided ear plugs and a noise machine for those light-sleepers who might appreciate this.) There may be live music at the pub, which may make the closing of the pub run later than normal; this may not be the rental for you, if you know you'd be bothered by this! A private apartment in a small apartment building (only 5 units total). Parking is anywhere on the street. Must walk up a flight of stairs to your unit. We are always available by phone call or text. We are happy to make your stay comfortable should you need anything prior to, or during, your stay. You are located in the heart of Oakridge. You'll have easy access to everything the area has to offer. Easy parking on the street, bike shuttles down the road, a grocery store close-by, and the pub downstairs- a great vacation all around! - Please be mindful and kind to the residents living in the other units, and respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm- 8:00 am. - Renter must be 21 years or older.
