In the heart of downtown, this beautifully restored 1920's 1 Bed/Bath features its own office and kitchen with seating for six. Full size bed. Washer/Dryer on premises. Lovely details. This 1920's historic apartment has been meticulously restored with an eye for details, but filled with modern amenities. This 900 square foot space features: BEDROOM – Large windows, a full-sized bed, and an enormous built-in closet which features a TV and tons of storage space. OFFICE – The office nook features a classic desk and its own seating area. KITCHEN – The kitchen is filled with amenities (toaster/microwave/oven/stove/coffeemaker) and fully stocked. There's a table large enough to seat six comfortably. LIVING ROOM – TV (with cable), DVD, and overstuffed leather couch and armchair give you total comfort during your stay. LAUNDRY ROOM – Washer, Dryer and Laundry Sink are all in their own space. (You share with second unit in the building) You share the floor with one other apartment (you're separated by a hallway so you DON'T share any walls/bathroom/kitchen), but otherwise it's a private space. Both units share one central laundry that features washer a dryer and a laundry sink. Cable TV and Wireless internet are included. PARKING: there is street parking as well as a nearby free lot four doors away. You'll have this space all to yourself, but we are available for any questions/help you need with the apartment. You're in the heart of downtown, quiet and yet around the corner from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a revival movie theater, the YMCA gym and even a local farmer's market (when in season). This is a small town, so we'd recommend having your own transportation so that you can fully enjoy the area and the beautiful sights that western Nebraska has to offer.
