Welcome back to Season 2021 . Because of Covid we don't open up for booking before mid July. Period August to October will be possible to book. Welcome back. This penthouse is well-equipped and offers a comfortable stay for up to 5 person. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. Note: No Smoking apartmment. The master bedroom has a 160x200cm bed, closet solutions and AC. Bedroom number two has a bunk bed sleeping 2, a single bed sleeping and a closet. TV is available but only connected to the accompanying Blue Ray player and thus offers no local TV channels. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is combined with the living room space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electrical oven, kettle/water boiler, coffee maker 'Venus Bialetti Moka Express', kitchen table and utilities for 5. Living area offers a sofa and a smaller table. From the kitchen you can exit to the balcony which has a spectacular view of the Thyrrhenian Sea, a small coffee table with two accompanying chairs and a barbecue spot. The apartment also offers a serene and calm roof terrace with sun chairs, dinner table in the shade and a seating area with sofas. The roof terrace also has a shower for you to cool down. The apartment also offers a shared swingpool och sunbed area. In the apartment, you'll also find a parasol, mini sun chair, cooling bag etc. Many of the beaches here have public areas but during the peak season you also have the option to rent both sun beds and parasols. The renting price includes one set of linens, one beach towel, one shower towel and one hand towel per person. The penthouse apartment is located in a old charming small town Pizzo at the Tyrrhenian coastline in the southern Italy. The beaches in Pizzo and Calabria offer clear turquoise water, long beaches, cozy bays and dramatic cliffs. There's a beach for everyone! We recommend that you rent a car because it is hilly in much of Italy and also in Pizzo, the car gives you as a guest more freedom to discover the beaches, villages, restaurants, etc. It is of course quite possible to have holiday without a car, there is the opportunity to shop in nearby shops, everything needed is within walking distance, Supermarkets, bakers, butchers, several cafes and several green & fruit dealer. Pizzo is an old village with all what it means, you are going directly into the Italian daily life with all its small shops, restaurants in the alleys and in the summer a lively square with performances and other activities. It is gratifying to see how the old and the young hang out, it gives a great feeling of security and a cozy atmosphere. You can walk down to the wonderfully authentic piazza, takes about 25 minutes, if you want to, you can take a tuk-tuk home in the evening (costing € 10-15). The cuisine of Southern Italy found on the coast is a fantastic mix of seafood while you can find fresh meat in the mountains. Pasta and pizza are probably what most people associate with Italian food and Pizzo has many nice restaurants serving all this. For those who want to cook at home, there are a lot of options around Pizzo with a wide selection of fine ingredients such as fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, fresh pasta, meat and fish etc. Calabria also gives you untouched nature with beautiful mountains which you can explore along different trails. Rent a car to make the most of your trip. The majority of the roads are good as well as easy to navigate. We recommend a trip to Messina (Sicily), about 1-1,5 hour by car. The winery Statti is located about 25 min from Pizzo and offers tours of their estates where you can also arrange for a wine tasting. Experience authentic Italy in Calabria. You pay electricity usage during your stay. The cost of electricity is paid at checkout when the apartment is undergoing a final inspection. Guests electricity consumption varies greatly depending on number and guests and how AC or heating is used. Our guests consumption varies between 1.50 € to 5.50 € per day, this is an indication and not a promise of future guests consumption.
