The total area of the villa Primavera is 230 m2, and the total accommodation capacity of the villa is 10 people. The villa has 4 luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and one has 2 single beds. All rooms also have their own fully equipped ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, and the rest is located on the upper floor, where you have two terraces from which you will enjoy the peace, quiet and beautiful view of the greenery and nature that surrounds this luxurious beauty. The ground floor of the villa has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and additional toilet. On the spacious terrace and yard of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor table and a beautiful pool of 40m2. There are 5 deck chairs around the pool where you can enjoy the summer sun. For complete relaxation, there is a jacuzzi located right next to the pool in the green courtyard of the villa. Inside the fully fenced yard there is a beautiful green lawn with a playground for children with a trampoline, and there are also badminton and bicycles available for use. There are two parking spaces inside the yard, and outside the yard you have another additional parking place. Villa Primavera is part of a larger complex of three villas. It is rented as a separate villa, but together with the neighboring sister villas Estate and La Reina Brtonigla it forms a modern complex that provides accommodation for a total of 33 guests. Located next to each other, the villas are an ideal choice for large groups and families who want to enjoy the perfect holiday, surrounded by untouched nature. All three villas are very similar in their layout, equipped with a beautiful terrace with pool, additional facilities such as bicycles or jacuzzis. Villa Estate and villa Primavera are placed side by side, each have 4 rooms each and are suitable for a maximum of 10 people, while Villa La Reina Brtonigla, larger and located little farther from them, has 5 rooms and a maximum capacity for 13 people. If you enjoy outdoor activities more, Brtonigla will delight you with a beautiful landscape full of greenery, where you can relax in romantic walks. In Istria you will find many wine roads, since this region is known for its excellent eno-gastronomic offer. Wines such as Malvasia, Teran, Muscat or Merlot, which will delight even the most demanding palates, can be tasted on one of the many wine tours offered by Istria.
