Chata má vlastný vstup, krb, balkón a vonkajšie ohnisko s posedením. Je rozdelená na tri podlažia pričom na každom sa nachádza jedna miestnosť. Spodná spoločenská je vybavená krbom, gaučom a kreslami. Na spodnom podlaží sa nachádza aj kúpelňa a malá kuchynka vybavená indukčnou dvojplatničkou, chladničkou a riadom. V strednej miestnosti sa nachádza manželská postel a rozkladací gauč. Izba je vybavená balkónom a TV s DVD prehliadačom. K dispozícii je aj bohatý DVD archív :) Najvyššia izba je vybavená len postelami a nočným stolíkom. Parkovanie je možné priamo pred chatou. Podrobnosti ako aj rady či užitočné tipy viem hosťom poskytnúť emailom alebo telefonicky. / Cottage has its own entrance, balcony, inside and outside fireplace with table and sitting. Object is divided into three floors and there is one room at each floor. The lower social room is equipped with a fireplace, sofa and armchairs. On the lower floor there is also a bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with induction cooker, refrigerator and dishes. In the middle room there is a double bed and a sofa bed. The room has a balcony and a TV with DVD player. There is also wide DVD archive :) The highest room is equipped only with beds and bedside table. Chata je vzdialená 7 km od vinárskeho mesta Modra a približne 30 km od Bratislavy. Okolie je ideálne na letné športy ako turistika a cyklistika. V zime je možnosť využiť malý lokálny lyžiarsky svah. Lyžiarske stredisko ako aj hotel Zochová chata sú vzdialené približne 5 minút chôdze. Asi hodinu od chaty sa nachádza turistická rozhľadňa Veľká Homola. V blízkosti sa nachádza historický zámok Červený kameň, jaskyňa Driny a vinárske mestá Modra a Pezinok (široké možností ochutnávok vín a ďalších aktivít)./ The cottage is located 7 km from the wine town of Modra and about 30 km from Slovak capital Bratislava. The surrounding area is perfect for summer sports such as hiking, running and cycling. In winter you can use a small local ski slope and there are also possibilities for winter hikes. The ski resort and the Zochova chata hotel are approximately a 5-minute walk from our place. About 1 hour from the cottage, there is a tourist observation tower Veľká Homola. There is a historical castle Červený kameň nearby, cave Driny and wine towns Modra and Pezinok (a wide range of wine tastings and other activities). Na Zochovu chatu je možné sa dostať priamym autobusom z Bratislavy, Pezinka alebo Modry./ There is a driect bus connection between Bratislava, Pezinok, Modra and Zochova chata.
