Fully refurbished modern Guesthouse located in a quiet town surrounding, near to a bath complex. Perfect to relax and rewind yourself away from the busy city life. This room rate is Inclusive of a large daily buffet breakfast and inc of all the local and other taxes ! We Have 7 rooms all together and able to sleep 20 guests in total in the house. There are 3 quadruple rooms in the house with sofa beds where 4 guests can sleep together in the room. There are 4 double rooms and there is 1 large Apartment equipped with its own kitchen. All the rooms are en suite and equipped with a shower. Our new dining room serves a daily buffet breakfast what is included in the room rate. Please Note that the basic room rate of 33. 00 Euro, published here on AirBnb is for a single or double occupancy only and please don't hesitate to contact us for the room rate of the quadruple room or for the room rate of our large Apartment where you can cook in your own kitchen and can enjoy a large screen of a smart TV equipped with Wifi. High speed Wifi network is also available through the whole house. Gest have access to a 100 square meters furnished terrace what is very popular in good weather where you can relax and have your drink in outdoor. There is a play room with games, table tennis and darts so you can enjoy your free time there as well. Our dining room is also a popular place. Not only for having your buffet breakfast there but for getting together in the evening for a drink or snack and there is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen connected to this new dining room for the usage of all our guests ! There is plenty of space in the house and we are living in the neighbourhood so you will be on your own but there will be someone there when it is needed ! The neighbourhood is a clean, lovely quiet town location in a modern residential area built in the nineties. The main attraction of our town is our Thermal Bath what is less than a mile away from the House. The Bath can be reached by car in less than five minutes and we also provide bicycles in the summer for free of charge and you can cycle to the bath in less than 10 minutes taking one of the many bike routes of the area. We arrange pick ups and drop offs from the towns local train station what is about a mile away from the House. There is a safe parking place at the front of the house and we provide a parking option in our underground garage on request. The House is a Guest house, works as a bed and breakfast place and can be rented by rooms only. The whole house is also available to rent with or without breakfast when you are looking for space for a group of approximately 20 people in total.
