Our Sole Mare Villa in Lakithra is a 3 bedroom villa with private pool, garden and superb mountain views. It is located only 6 km from Argostoli and less than a 10 min drive from the airport. The villa has undergone a total renovation in May 2020. Access to the villa is via remote controlled sliding gate leading to a paved yard with enough parking space for at least 2 vehicles. Entry on the ground floor is via the double entrance door from the covered veranda overlooking the pool area and into the fully fitted kitchen/diner. Off this kitchen area there is a large lounge, with an additional wc and shower room completing the ground floor. From the ground floor, internal stairs lead up to the first floor where you find 3 bedrooms, the master with a queen size bed, one twin with single bed and another bedroom with a double bed.
