Bright apartment in a quiet new building(2015), very quiet location, 5 minutes from the forest and a bird sanctuary. 15-20 minutes by car to Völklingen, Saarlouis and Saarbrücken. Comfortable 1-room apartment with bed, couch, fireplace, kitchenette, separate daylight bathroom. Terrace and garden sharing possible. The apartment has no steps excepting the entrance. Please notice that actually (up to 31-5)only business trips are allowed in our region. Please carry an employer certificate with you ! It is a small granny flat with a separate entrance. The garden can also be used, it still has to be straightened - there is still room for improvement here, we will hopefully manage in Summer. We have a terrace and a barbecue area, the apartment has a table and two chairs for the outside area, so that you can sit comfortably outside. We live right in the middle of nature. You should expect many birds, deer, foxes, frogs and reptiles on site. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you be missing something, just ask. There is a dining area that can also be used for work. There is a small fitness studio in our garage that can be used together or in consultation with Andreas. The apartment is completely separated from our house. You only share the terrace and the garden with us - depending on your needs and the weather :-) You can park in the driveway to the left of the house, which also leads to the flat. Parking on the street is also possible. We live in a quiet street. We are planning to install a charging wallbox in 2021. We've got a big dog and 2 cats which might come in to say hello!
